When I sat at the counter, the large owner greeted me with a smile, and I was able to relax right away. The first dish that came out was shirataki with a buttery aroma, and the peppery accent was irresistible, making me reach for my chopsticks. The grilled duck thigh skewers, cooked over charcoal, had the skin's fat bursting with flavor, and when I added a touch of spicy miso, the umami expanded even further. The chicken thigh sashimi was tender and had a refreshing flavor that made me keep drinking. There was a variety of skewers, including soft cartilage and extra-large tsukune, all perfectly grilled. In the friendly atmosphere, I found myself staying longer than I intended; it was an incredibly comfortable place.
