A restaurant where you can enjoy Genghis Khan and a ranch experience

Shoya no Yakata is a spot where you can savor exquisite Genghis Khan in a charming, old-fashioned ranch atmosphere. The special sauce enhances the flavor of the lamb, and the unique cooking method of steaming and grilling provides a deep taste. Additionally, dining while interacting with nature and animals creates a heartwarming experience. This is a place worth visiting for a special experience in Nasu.

Located near the entrance of the ranch, the interior of the shop, which feels warm with wood, is very calming. There are many spacious seats, and you can relax in a cabin-like atmosphere. The demi-glace hamburger is thick, and when you cut it, the flavor bursts out, providing a sense of satisfaction. The side dishes are also handmade with a gentle taste, and dipping black bread in the sauce makes it even more delicious. Here, the style of cooking Genghis Khan is to steam and grill it on a square plate, and the original sauce is not too sweet, highlighting the quality of the lamb. The ranch's ice cream also has a unique flavor that is very delicious.
