The dishes highlight the quality of the ingredients, and each one is carefully prepared. The seafood salad includes octopus, squid, mussels, and shrimp, with a refreshing lemon aroma that is pleasant. The pasta with a hollow center has a firm texture, and the more you chew, the more flavor it releases, pairing well with the white ragù of fresh shirasu and the tomato sauce rich in seafood. The pasta with sausage and rapini has a perfect balance of spiciness and bitterness, while the creamy clam and mushroom pasta is smooth. For the main course, the fried sole and potatoes can be eaten with the bones, and the akashi sea bream aquapazza and charcoal-grilled sea bass have a wonderful aroma and provide great satisfaction. The homemade bread has a crispy surface and a fluffy interior, pairing excellently with the sauce, and you can enjoy appetizers like fried shiitake mushrooms, fig cake, and espresso, all in a comfortable setting.
