In a calm atmosphere, you can thoroughly enjoy the aroma of soba. The noodles have just the right amount of elasticity and fragrance, making them delicious whether with salt or dipping sauce. The spiciness of the grated daikon in the cold soba is sharp and enhances the overall balance very well. The dish combining barley rice with tororo is also light and easy to eat.
