What is Sake Lees Syrup?
This is a new syrup made from sake lees developed by Takazawa Sake Brewery, the only sake brewery in Himi City, Toyama. It has a unique flavor of sake lees while also offering a subtle sweetness. Sake lees are produced in large quantities during the sake brewing process, but the reality is that they often go unused. This cup contributes to reducing food waste.
