It's a takeout-only shop, so I'm happy that I can easily take sushi home. It's also fun to choose my favorite toppings one by one at the counter, and today I gathered only the ones I was curious about. The combination of the fluffy rice and the fresh toppings is exquisite, and each bite brings happiness. The battera, which has just the right amount of vinegar, has a light texture, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but take more. The hand-rolled shrimp mayo has plump shrimp and rich mayo that go perfectly together, making it just right for a small appetite. I felt grateful that they continue to preserve the traditional flavors in Sapporo, and I left with a warm feeling on my way home.

I stopped by this store, which has been loved for takeout sushi in Sapporo for a long time and still remains in the Higashi Ward. The interior is bright and spacious, making it easy to see the nigiri and side dishes displayed in the showcase. The battera I chose without hesitation resonates with the tightly packed rice and the deliciousness of the mackerel. The hand rolls with seafood and mixed fillings are enjoyable with their mayonnaise flavor and the crunchiness of the pickled daikon, making it easy to end up ordering more. The set of nigiri also has a good balance between the rice and toppings, and I particularly liked the steamed shrimp. This place allows you to enjoy both nostalgia and new discoveries at the same time, so I will want to stop by whenever I happen to remember it.
