The okonomiyaki is beautifully round and cooked, with a fluffy texture that pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet sauce. The steamed noodles are easy to separate thanks to the margarine, allowing for enjoyment without stickiness until the end. They come sizzling on a hot plate, keeping everything warm, and the presentation of drizzling sauce around the outside is delightful. The aroma of garlic shrimp enhances the appetite, and the combination of plump shrimp with salad and rice was very satisfying. The menu also includes burgers and taco rice, making it fun to share and taste various dishes with family and friends.
