The signature dish, sliced pork belly, is made by rapidly freezing fresh pork belly to remove any unpleasant odors, then slicing it for serving. It is accompanied by a variety of side dishes, and especially, seasoned crab, soybean paste stew, fish cake soup, and steamed eggs are provided as part of the basic meal setup, allowing for a hearty dining experience.

With a stainless steel table and an interior that reflects the passage of time, it offers a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. It has a spacious indoor area and outdoor seating, making it suitable for a diverse clientele.

The 22-year tradition of Uya Uya Dae-pae Samgyeopsal initially focused on beef short ribs, but successfully transitioned to Dae-pae Samgyeopsal on the menu. Through continuous menu development and service improvements, it has gained the love of local residents.
