This Japanese restaurant located in a corner of the food court offers a relaxed dining experience. The sashimi is fresh and pairs well with the mildly sweet dishes. The udon has a firm texture and can be enjoyed with a refreshing broth flavored with plum. The tempura has a crispy batter, and you can enjoy bamboo shoots, taranome (bitter greens), shrimp, and pumpkin with matcha salt. The stone-grilled fisherman's rice mixes marinated fish with warm rice, and when you pour in some broth, it transforms into a fun ochazuke-style dish. Sets including chawanmushi (savory egg custard), udon with crab in a thick sauce, and tempura donburi are also satisfying, and overall, the flavors of Japan are well represented.
