In a warm atmosphere utilizing a closed school, the classrooms' blackboards and student desks remain, creating an exciting feeling. The style of taking off shoes at the entrance and changing into slippers is also a bit special and fun. The soba is made from locally milled buckwheat, with an irresistible fresh aroma and pleasant texture. It comes with tempura of wild vegetables, noppeijiru (a type of soup), and local pickles, allowing you to feel the blessings of the region in each dish. The wild grape jelly has a refreshing taste, making it enjoyable until the very end. You can see the soba being made in the principal's office, allowing for a relaxed time in the tranquil natural atmosphere.
