The interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated, allowing for a relaxed experience. The staff's service is attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Each dish shows creativity, and all of them leave a lasting impression with their flavors. The cold corn soup has a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, and I fell in love with it from the very first bite. The carbonara with potatoes and mushrooms, as well as the seafood tomato cream risotto, are both rich in flavor, and I was satisfied even with the coffee after the meal. The drink selection is also extensive, showcasing a commitment to sake.

It is a cozy bistro with a calm interior that is very comfortable. The service is polite and warm, providing a sense of reassurance from the time of reservation. You can enjoy both wine and sake, and you can feel the attention to detail even in the design of the glasses. The seasonal salad is colorful, and the mild dressing complements the vegetables well. The pâté, gnocchi, and pork ragù pasta all have a careful flavor, and the warm soup and fragrant bread were also satisfying. The cooking of the meat and the mustard cream sauce are exquisite, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
