As I passed through the souvenir space and entered the dining area at the back, the scent of wood was calming. The signature dish, grilled mackerel rice box, was exciting as the moment I opened the lid, a burst of colors spread out. The thick mackerel, rich in fat, paired perfectly with the sweet and savory sauce, making it irresistibly delicious with the rice. It was topped generously with rolled omelet, salmon, salmon roe, and shiso leaves, allowing me to enjoy a change of flavors with every bite. The hearty pork miso soup and crispy fried chicken also came with the meal, greatly enhancing my satisfaction. After the meal, I took a moment to relax with smooth soft serve ice cream and fragrant coffee, and the location near the station allowed me to enjoy a leisurely stroll as well.
