I spent a relaxing time in a small café and bakery corner inside the roadside station. The glass-walled interior is bright and provides a comfortable space to enjoy the view outside. The toast was crispy and fragrant, and it paired perfectly with the side of potato salad and boiled egg. The soba was served in a style where thin rice cakes are dipped in hot water, creating an interesting texture with the smooth noodles and soft rice cakes. The small cheesecake served after the meal had a gentle melt-in-your-mouth quality, which can be enjoyed with tea. The egg over rice made with local rice and eggs was fluffy and sweet, bringing a smile to my face with its deliciousness.
