When you enter the shop, the baked goods and jellies are beautifully arranged, which is exciting. In particular, the cream puffs have a shell that is not too crispy, perfectly matching the cream, which was impressive. A faint aroma of liquor spreads gently, allowing you to enjoy a mature flavor. The refreshing jelly, thanks to the local water and sake, has a gentle texture that can be enjoyed even on hot days. The baked donuts have a rich aroma of butter and almonds, reminiscent of financiers, making them so delicious that you want to collect all the varieties.
