The atmosphere of a Chinese diner is pleasant. The noodles with a thick soy sauce flavor have a nice crunch from the vegetables, and they pair perfectly with the chewy noodles. The fried rice is aromatic, with distinct grains, and it is satisfying without being sticky. The gyoza has just the right amount of elasticity in the skin, is nicely browned, and the juices from the meat spread out when bitten into. There is also a set that combines noodles and half a portion of fried rice, making it fun to choose combinations. There are counter seats and table seats, allowing for a leisurely meal even when dining alone.

I am happy that it is easy to get to from the station. The miso ramen has a rich flavor, and the saltiness is smooth, making the soup enjoyable. The noodles are slippery and chewy, pairing well with the stir-fried bean sprouts and ground meat. The fried rice is moist, with the aroma of soy sauce permeating the rice. The stir-fried meat and garlic chives are packed with ingredients, and the sharp soy sauce flavor is delightful. The tanmen topped with egg sauce also satisfies with its layered salty umami.
