It contains both thick and thin slices of meat, making the difference in texture enjoyable. The fried chicken marinated in Echigo miso is juicy, and the flavor reminiscent of oil-drenched chicken with plenty of green onions is addictive. The braised pork cutlet has a crispy coating, and the inside melts with fat, keeping it interesting with three different sauces until the end.
