The style of freely taking side dishes lined up at the counter is enjoyable. The freshly made tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) was pleasantly fragrant on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which surprised me. When I ordered it with green onions, the color was also nice, and it made me want to eat more rice. The sweetness and shine of the freshly cooked Koshihikari rice stood out, making me want a second helping. The stir-fried garlic shoots and chicken, as well as the koya tofu, all had a comforting, home-cooked flavor. After the meal, I felt happy enjoying a leisurely sense of fullness while drinking self-served tea.
