Aug 14, 2018 This ramen is badass! A hundred best restaurants on the food log! The best ramen I've had in a long time! I was there before 1:00 and got to eat it after 2:30! The chashu pork is like roast beef!

The other day we had lunch here ✨ because it seems to be a famous restaurant in Nara where people line up every day ✨. This ramen shop is run by the owner and his wife who trained at Ore no Ramen Appareya in Kyoto. You have to buy your ticket in line at the ticket machine first, and from there it takes more than an hour to enter the restaurant 😱. I wonder how long it would have taken if we had to wait until our bowls were served 💦. I wanted to go to the ramen shop across the street (W). I wasn't sure if I would make it in time, but I did manage to have a series of meals after this ✨ * * 🍀Soy Sauce Ramen (💴850) I'm not a fan of animal-based espuma, but I'm not sure if it's my specialty (><) The soup is made by cooking chicken and pork broth over high heat for 8 hours. The soup is very fine and there is no animal smell, It is mild and creamy to the palate. The four kinds of soy sauce sauce are used to create a deep, rich flavor that envelops the entire dish, The soft flavor envelops the entire dish. The noodles are made with 48% water content. The wheatiness of the glutinous noodles elegantly enhances the unique lingering taste of the shiranyu soup. I am not a fan of shiratsuyu, but the broth hidden under the foam is full of flavor. I think the sticky noodles were just right 😊. I'm glad I stood in line and had the experience 😊. Thank you for the treat.
