The wooden interior, with a back room and a counter in the front, has a traditional atmosphere that allows for relaxation. The care put into the small dishes that were served first was evident, and I enjoyed the sashimi platter while drinking beer. The flounder, finished with white fish and kelp, was juicy, and its creamy texture was delightful. The fluffy omelet and the savory teppanyaki made it hard to stop eating. The oden with braised beef and daikon, soaked in broth, had a deep richness that brought a smile to my face. I feel that this cozy space is a warm place where one can slowly savor seasonal dishes and drinks.
