As I climbed the stairs on Heiwa Street, I was excited to see the retro Showa-style atmosphere inside the shop. Relaxing on the sofa while gazing at the sparkling lights made me feel as if I were in a spacious karaoke snack bar, which was very calming. The signature dish, the iron plate spaghetti, had a creamy napolitan sauce on top of a fluffy layer of beaten eggs, and it was richer than I expected, which was impressive. Adding a little Tabasco to the al dente texture changed the flavor and made it even more enjoyable. The secret menu item, a hand-formed hamburger, and the salad loaded with vegetables and drizzled with a sweet dressing were also very delicious. Thanks to the friendly staff who greeted us with smiles, I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the end.
