You can casually order at the counter and enjoy sushi from the start. The ingredients are all fresh, and the surf clam and red clam are prepared after you order, enhancing their flavor. The sashimi of horse mackerel is firm and rich in fat, with a refreshing aroma of myoga (Japanese ginger). The thinly sliced fugu (pufferfish) is light yet rich, spreading umami throughout your mouth. The sushi has rice that is just the right amount of loose, pairing well with the larger toppings, and you can faintly sense the citrus aroma. It's reassuring to make a reservation for dishes like tecchiri (fugu hot pot) and ankō nabe (anglerfish hot pot), and it's also fun to choose while looking at the recommended items hanging up.
