In a calm shop located in a detached house, the interior is neat and comfortable to spend time in. The slender handmade soba is smooth and releases a fragrant aroma when bitten into. The dipping sauce has a strong umami flavor, and the texture is pleasant, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. The combination of tempura rice bowl and soba is satisfying, with a perfect balance between the bowl's sauce and the batter. The shrimp tempura is plump and pairs excellently with the soba. The staff's service is polite, and their ability to adapt is impressive.
