In the calm space of the Noh theater, the self-service flow was easy to understand, allowing me to relax from the start. While waiting with my number tag, the staff brought the dishes at just the right timing, making it comfortable. The signature kishimen was wide and chewy, with a smooth texture that made me eat it all at once. The tempura for the tenzaru kishimen was crispy with chicken and vegetables, lightly salted to enhance the flavor of the ingredients. A small bowl of miso dote was also included, providing a sweet and spicy taste that was a nice accent. The large white lantern at the entrance and the semi-circular counter added to the atmosphere, making it a place where you can enjoy not just the meal but the entire location.
