The restaurant is clean, and the tabletop roasters are well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. They start cooking as soon as you place your order, and the preparation is smooth. The pork offal has no unpleasant odor, is thick, and the flavor expands with each bite. The sauce is rich and has a gentle taste, which I prefer over salt. The seasoning for the raw offal was just right and left a strong impression. The kalbi ramen has a light broth that pairs well with the thin noodles, and the crisp texture of the vegetables adds to the satisfaction.
