As soon as I sit down, the tonchan and pickles are quickly served, and I feel excited. You can choose between miso or salt for the flavor, and the miso is rich without being heavy, with a pleasant hint of sweetness. The meat is fresh and thick, and you can tell it has been carefully prepared, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The time spent enjoying the pickles while waiting for the meat to cook is also wonderful. I also had the liver and heart, which were tender and free of any unpleasant smell, with a perfect balance of salt and miso. Combining the meat with white rice topped with yukari makes me feel happy, and I also love the lively and comfortable atmosphere.
