When you enter the restaurant, you hear a warm greeting that makes you feel at ease. It's enjoyable to watch the skilled cooking from across the counter. The pan-fried dumplings have a chewy skin, and the meat juices burst out. The boiled dumplings, combined with the sauce and homemade chili oil, have a smooth texture that is simply the best.
