Takanabe Gyoza

Dumplings made with locally produced cabbage feature a chewy skin and a crispy surface. In particular, the Shanghai-style dumplings have an excellent combination of shrimp and perilla, making it a dish that is enjoyable in texture as well. Fried dumplings and pan-fried dumplings are also popular.

Founded in 1971, this gyoza specialty shop has been loved by the local community for many years. After training in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, it opened in the local town of Takanabe. It is cherished as a supporter of the regional food culture and is well-known among many people. In Takanabe, known as the town of gyoza, it has spread its name.
