The atmosphere is gentle and easy to enter even for first-timers. Inside the shop, there are tables and a small raised area, along with a little counter that makes it comfortable. You can choose between 80% and 100% buckwheat, allowing you to enjoy it based on your mood for the day. The 100% buckwheat has a strong aroma and flavor, and the taste of the soba spreads as you chew. The tempura is fried perfectly, and the shrimp, whiting, pumpkin, and maitake mushrooms are all crispy and delicious. The duck dish is rich and pairs well with the soba.
