The patty is made of 100% Hiroshima beef, packed tightly, and bursts with flavor with every bite. It is sandwiched with lettuce and sautéed onions in the bun, creating a delightful contrast in texture. The ordering counter is on the first floor, and watching the cooking process is exciting. The eat-in area on the second floor has simple counter seating, providing a surprisingly calm atmosphere that feels far removed from the bustling city. The set comes with fries, and you can choose your favorite seasoning or dip, allowing you to customize it to your liking. The blue cola is also unique, and I was surprised at how well it pairs with the burger.
