The white noren (curtain) is impressive, creating a warm and calm atmosphere. The meat is carefully sliced after ordering, and thanks to the fine cuts, it is very tender. Each sauce, tailored to the specific cuts, is excellent, with a pleasant natural sweetness reminiscent of fruit. The green onion tongue is well wrapped with chopped green onions and can be enjoyed refreshingly with lemon sauce. The beef tripe and heart have a mild flavor and a pleasant texture that makes them easy to eat. The salad dressing, infused with a plum flavor, and the attentive service are also impressive, providing a sense of satisfaction.
