Welcomed with a bright voice, my mood lifts from the very beginning. The tempura, which is fried after ordering, has a thin batter that is fragrant and has a light texture. The mushroom tempura bowl allows you to enjoy enoki, king oyster, shimeji, shiitake, and maitake mushrooms all at once. There are also many varieties of shrimp, anago (conger eel), and vegetable tempura, making it easy to keep eating without getting bored. You can choose from sweet sauce, yuzu sauce, salt, or sea bream broth salt, and you can change the sauce midway to enjoy a variation in flavor. They also show consideration by providing a separate plate, making for a comfortable dining experience.
