Located in a residential area, a gentle atmosphere flows through. The interior is clean and bright, with tables and raised seating arranged comfortably. The soba is made from domestically sourced stone-ground flour, offering a pleasant aroma and a smooth texture that feels great going down. The dipping sauce has a good balance of sweetness and richness, and the flavor is well pronounced even in the duck soba. The tempura is served on a separate plate, with maitake mushrooms, eggplant, and shrimp all perfectly crispy and satisfying. The view of the bamboo outside the window is also beautiful, and there is a parking lot, making it easy to access.
