Sitting at the counter, the first appetizer that comes out has a rich flavor that lifts my spirits. The deep-fried skewers have a light and crispy batter, while the ingredients inside remain juicy. In particular, the soft-boiled quail egg skewer has a melting yolk and a wonderful aroma. The recommendations change every time, so there are new discoveries with each visit. The tuna and avocado tartare and the vegetable salad are also refreshing, creating a perfect balance with the fried items. Pairing it with wine leaves a clean aftertaste, allowing for an enjoyable time until the end.
