When I stopped by while shopping, the cheerful staff quickly guided me to my seat, which was reassuring. The ordering style is done via a tablet, making it easy to operate, and soon after, the meat soba with aged soy sauce base arrives. The clear broth is light yet rich, and when you dissolve the momiji oroshi (grated daikon with chili), the flavor becomes mellow and enjoyable. The chewy medium-thin noodles are coated with back fat and crunchy onions, and when combined with the thinly sliced pork belly, it gives a luxurious feeling similar to shabu-shabu. The egg fried rice, finished on a hot iron plate, sizzles and whets the appetite, and the process of mixing it myself is exciting. After the meal, I enjoyed changing the flavor with the spicy dipping oil and fried garlic on the table, and I was completely satisfied without getting bored until the end.
