As soon as I entered the store, I was relieved by the clear explanation of the vegan options. It is evident that they do not use meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, honey, or gelatin, and they also avoid synthetic additives, flavor enhancers, and trans fats. The plate lunch was beautifully colored, and each side dish was carefully prepared, which impressed me. The plant-based hamburger (made from soy meat and lotus root) and the soy protein fried chicken were hearty and very delicious. The fermented brown rice is grown using natural farming methods and sun-dried, giving it a chewy texture that is addictive. The staff were kind, and I was very satisfied as I spent a relaxing time reading the notices in the store.
