This is a sushi restaurant, but the eel rice bowl is exceptionally delicious. The sauce is mild, with a perfect balance of sweetness and soy sauce strength, which pairs well with the eel. The rice is cooked just right, and eating it with the eel brings happiness. It can be taken home, so you can enjoy it casually at home as well. Tasting it in the restaurant provides even greater satisfaction. I think it’s a bowl with a good overall balance, while the presence of the sauce has a hint of Japanese aroma.
