A dish that allows you to enjoy the ultimate black-haired Wagyu, Matsusaka Oishi Beef, raised in our own breeding farm in Matsusaka City with long-term aging. Five types of cuts including sirloin, rump, ichibo, and rare cuts are served in a daily assortment. Enjoy it generously as grilled meat.
A5 grade sirloin sliced beautifully thin. When lightly seared on both sides and savored, it offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a concentrated umami flavor. Enjoy it with your choice of four sauces: sukiyaki-style, ponzu, wasabi soy sauce, or garlic butter!

The Matsusaka pork, raised for a long time at our own pig farm, is characterized by its red meat with fine marbling similar to Matsusaka beef. This assortment includes three types: loin, belly, and pork cheek, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors. The meat, grilled to a fragrant finish, pairs perfectly with our homemade sauce.
