Mochimochi Udon and Meat I can afford to have lunch today! Let's go for a little outing lunch! Heading to Nishinakajima Minamikata on a motorcycle! We decided to go to Tsunagari It is a handmade udon restaurant! Mr. M told me about a good udon restaurant in Nishinakajima! The place is about a 7-minute walk from the north ticket gate of Nishinakajima-Minamikata Station. The yellow tent is the landmark! The inside of the restaurant is white and very clean! From the outside, it looks like a set meal? I thought so. When I entered the restaurant, I found that it is totally fine for a woman to go alone. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine on the right as you enter the restaurant and hand it to the waiter. During lunch time, there are special set menus, but I decided to go with this one! I decided to come here! Bukkake Kuroge Wagyu Beef 980 yen I was knocked out by the visual of the delicious looking meat on top! The visual of the delicious looking meat on top knocked me out! The udon that arrived a short while later had the meat I was looking for! First of all, before pouring it over, I tried just the udon... It's a little thin, but it stretches like a gummy bear and has a firm texture! It's delicious because it's boiled in a pressure cooker and handmade! It is a little bit like handmade udon at Rakuraku! Pour it over the udon! It's rather light, so it doesn't interfere with the udon! You can enjoy various flavors with tenkasu, sudachi, grated daikon, kaiware daikon, and yolk. But it might be a little bit messy. The meat is thigh meat with a sweet and spicy flavor, so it feels like sukiyaki when it's mixed with egg! I'm glad that it tastes twice as good once! The udon noodles are so good, you may not even need them to be cold! I prefer them cold because I want to feel the firmness of the noodles... It seems to be OK here. If it were a little closer, I would return... I'll come back when I have more time! Thanks for the food!
