The restaurant has a calm atmosphere typical of a town Chinese eatery, making it comfortable to drop in casually. The clear broth of the light salt ramen has a gentle flavor that makes you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. The medium-thin curly noodles are smooth and pair well with the soup. The char siu, served after being grilled, is tender and fragrant, bringing a smile to my face. The half fried rice is moist with a good balance of ingredients, providing a sense of stability that makes it feel like something you could eat every day. The gyoza and stir-fried chives also have a wonderful aroma, and with their exquisite seasoning, I couldn't stop eating, leaving both my stomach and heart satisfied.
