The 100% beef hamburger, infused with the aroma of charcoal, was brought to me with a sizzling sound, making my heart race. The performance of the staff cutting it right in front of me and pressing it onto the hot plate was enjoyable, resulting in a beautifully charred surface. The special sauce, which is light yet rich, further enhances the flavor of the coarsely ground meat. The side dishes, such as potatoes and broccoli, were perfectly crispy and delicious until the very end. The ability to customize the flavor with a variety of toppings like garlic butter and avocado & cheese is also appealing. The staff's attention to detail, such as placing a paper sheet over my bag, allowed me to enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
