As I opened the door, an L-shaped counter spread out before me, and I felt a thrill in the air reminiscent of old times. The strong voice of the chef calling out, 'Hey, welcome!' instantly put me in sushi mode. The rounded nigiri was perfectly shaped, allowing me to fully appreciate the Edo-style technique. The red fish, sea bream, and scallops stood out with their sweetness, while the sea urchin melted in my mouth, bringing a smile to my face. The lively atmosphere of sushi being lined up one after another on a large leaf was incredibly enjoyable. The complimentary tamagoyaki and fragrant grilled clams also had a gentle flavor, allowing me to fully savor the relaxed time at the counter.
