Okinawa's specialties are all available, and you can enjoy sata andagi and malasada. The malasada has a soft dough, is lightly fried, and the flavors of coconut and salt come through pleasantly. I appreciate that the type without cream allows the surface flavor to take center stage. The sata andagi is crispy on the outside and slightly crumbly on the inside, making it easy to eat. There is a small eat-in area inside the shop, and it has a convenient atmosphere for takeout as well. The Ryukyu fried chicken also has its own charm with the flavors of salt sauce, shikuwasa, Ishigaki salt, and island pepper.
