The cozy space with just a counter and tables has a warmth from the wood that makes it comfortable. The cheerful owner manages the grill alone, creating a relaxed atmosphere in the shop where jazz plays. When you place an order, they serve each skewer at the perfect timing, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma of freshly grilled food. The grilled chicken seasoned with salt conveys the rich flavor of the chicken, and everything, including the neck meat and chicken wings, is juicy. The tsukune, which is skewered on the spot, is fluffy and delicious enough to bring a smile to your face. The chawanmushi with chicken soup that I had as a finale also had a gentle richness, allowing me to enjoy a happy mood until the very end.
