The only place to taste miso ramen
Mentami is a shop known for its miso ramen, which was developed at the Sapporo ramen restaurant "Aji no Sanpei". The rich yet not heavy soup, made by blending miso with chicken, pork, and seafood broth, along with the perfectly cooked slightly thick noodles, is exquisite. The chashu (sliced pork) is thick and tender, providing a satisfying texture. The dipping noodles and eggplant rice bowl are also highly recommended, and on your next visit, be sure to try the original miso ramen as well.
