This is a shop with a pleasant Japanese atmosphere located in a corner of a residential area. Upon entering, there are shelves of seasonings and ingredients, and further inside, there are calm seating areas. Bamboo dividers and tasteful dishes are arranged, and soft jazz music flows in the shop, creating a relaxing environment. Reservations are generally required, but the udon, curry with a hint of spices, and crispy fried tofu were all very delicious. The course meal featured a variety of creative dishes made with diverse ingredients, and the combination of fried natto and swordfish with cheese left a strong impression. The coffee had a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, becoming smoother as it cooled, and the water served in ceramic dishes was refreshing and nice.
