This is a famous dish from Tanuki that everyone can share and enjoy.

We deep-fried a whole bone-in thigh of Nichinan chicken.
Fresh sashimi delivered directly from Toyosu. The three types will be selected by the chef.
Bansuke is a brand of dried fish from Onahama, Fukushima Prefecture, carefully marinated in a secret sauce and slowly dried.

Black oolong tea / Kakegawa deep-steamed tea / Jasmine tea / Hokkaido corn tea / Matcha-infused brown rice tea / Hojicha / Japanese black tea... 500 yen. Cut lemon (4 pieces)... 300 yen. One pickled plum... 100 yen.
