I tried drinking the sake from this brewery at home. The moment I opened the bottle, a subtle aroma and faint bubbles spread out, making me excited. The liquid, mixed with a milky white sediment, had a gentle mouthfeel, with a harmony of richness and sweetness. The aftertaste left a rich flavor of rice, making me want to pour another glass. Perhaps because it is brewed with pure spring water from the mountains, it had a clear impression overall and was very enjoyable. This is a friendly bottle that I would recommend to friends who are not familiar with sake.
