The Western-style restaurant located halfway up the hill has a clean and calming atmosphere both inside and out. As I took my seat, classical music played softly, and the subtly arranged fresh flowers made the place feel cozy. The first dish that arrived was a vegetable soup, with the gentle sweetness of spinach and carrots, which paired perfectly with the crispy bread served alongside it. The salad was well-drained and crunchy, with a refreshing aroma of olive oil. The signature beef tongue stew was surprisingly tender, and the rich sauce based on red wine clung well to the homemade pasta. Even the dessert was carefully prepared, and the richness of the chocolate left me feeling happy until the very end.
