This is a calm sushi restaurant quietly standing in a narrow alley of a residential area. The chef's knife skills, honed in Tokyo, are impressive, and the sushi is light and fluffy. The ingredients, mainly sourced from Toyama Bay, are all fresh, with the sweetness of the white shrimp and the clam standing out in particular. The small size of the rice allows you to enjoy a variety of types, which is delightful. The white fish paired with homemade ponzu infused with yuzu has a melting texture that makes you involuntarily smile. With warm hospitality and delicious miso soup with fish balls, both my heart and stomach were completely satisfied.
