The order is easy to operate on the tablet, and you can choose how you want it cooked. The eel is fluffy and fragrant, and the sweet sauce pairs well with it. The rice is cooked perfectly, and you can't help but keep eating. There are two types of pickles, which are just right to enjoy between bites of eel. You can also get a large serving, which adds to the volume. The service is attentive, and you can enjoy the hitsumabushi with various broths and condiments.
